« The breakfast was adequate. The room was dusty. The lady said they had been doing construction work in the room and they tried to get all the dust out. The comforter was blood stained. Also there was no shampoo in the dispenser. The lady at the front desk said they were having a hard time finding housekeeping workers. They were down to one that day and the wives of maintenance workers were helping clean the rooms.
The people I dealt with at the front desk were very pleasant.

« I liked that this hotel had an option to have a sofa sleeper. Being a family of 5 it can be hard to find a room to fit us all. The only thing is, when we opened the sofa sleeper there were chips under the cushions. The breakfast was a nice amenity. We had a lot of people eating when we went down for breakfast. They seemed to be keeping up with the demand on the food. Wish they offered hot chocolate(kids) and French Vanilla creamer for the coffee. »

« Upon arrival and check in, our first offered room smelled awful, the second was a bit better & the third worked great. It was obviously a known issue because the staff asked if it smelled moldy when I said it smelled bad. Our 2nd room had some lights and a the bathroom fan that didn’t work. The 3rd was well maintained and quite clean. The pool got the most attention, which was comical considering the small of some of the rooms. I gave them 5 stars because the staff, specifically Freddy, went...
