"Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. "

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to Julissa, the housekeeping manager, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind in handling my wife’s needs. A special thank you as well to Martin Santos for keeping our room clean and so comfortable. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view, and it was so nice lounging by the pool and hot tub. Food was good too. Overall our stay at Resorts World Catskills was relaxing and enjoyable."
