"The experience we had was awful, the only nice thing was that it was within walking distance to a venue we came to town for. Room prices were wildly increased for the weekend and scheduled events, increase was not worth the room. Customers were waiting close to 2 hours passed check in time to get to their rooms. Our room had coffee, but no microwave or fridge. Occupants of the room next to us were yelling and arguing at 1:30 AM, security was hesitant to respond so we had to pound on the wall to quiet them down. We do not recommend and we will not return."

"Breakfast looked good, lady who was maintaining and putting things out was rude. Gave dirty looks and put things out in a very loud manner. Aggravated when you took something that was just brought out. Almost bumped in to me twice and I apologize. She wouldn’t even ex knowledge that she almost ran in to me. Very rude. Pool doesn’t open till 10am. Water was a bit green so sadly we didn’t get in. Room, was mostly clean. Fridge needed a wiping and the dirty bandages left in the corner of carpet needs picked up. Also, be careful of the staples that are poking out of the ottoman. Dangers for little ones climbing up or bare legs. "

"I wasn’t allowed to check into my room until 6pm. Then when I got in my bed the mattress was so used I sunk to the bottom of the bed and could feel every spring. The next morning I got up to shower and my water pressure was just a trickle out of the shower head. "

"The room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. Special attention needed to the fold out chair/bed and the desk chair, as they both needed crumbs vacuumed and upholstered fold-out chair/bed upholstery needs spot cleaned. In-shower built in soap holders need to be cleaned of grime and dried soap residue. In room coffee maker contained standing water and we did not use it. Breakfast was very good, waitress very friendly and efficient. Check in and check out staff were very good. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. "
