About this property

Spanish Ranch on the Arkansas River- enjoy the rushing river from the Hot tub!

  • 'Casa Bella del Rio' as we have named this River house has been a renovated into a Spanish style hacienda with a living room, dining room, kitchen and 4 good size bedrooms with 3 full baths. All the floors have been updated with tile and hardwood. The furnishings are all new and are Spanish style as well. There are mountain views from every direction. The house sits on 2 acres, right on the river. There is river access for kayaking and fishing. We have recently built a lower deck with stairs up to the house. A really great spot to relax or just sit with your fishing gear.

    The deck is a great place to enjoy the views, eat lunch or sit in the hot tub and just relax!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend getaway! The place was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Hot tub was great! A couple of notes for the host, the front door lock was really difficult to open and the wifi does not reliably reach the whole house so the living room smart TV did not really work. Would absolutely stay again!

Summer Getaway!

The house was great for nine of us. There was plenty of room for all. Nice and quiet with the river running in the back yard. Close to town with lots of eating establishments. I believe this is the sixth time that I have stayed here. I would definitely stay here again.
