'Casa Bella del Rio' as we have named this River house has been a renovated into a Spanish style hacienda with a living room, dining room, kitchen and 4 good size bedrooms with 3 full baths. All the floors have been updated with tile and hardwood. The furnishings are all new and are Spanish style as well. There are mountain views from every direction. The house sits on 2 acres, right on the river. There is river access for kayaking and fishing. We have recently built a lower deck with stairs up to the house. A really great spot to relax or just sit with your fishing gear. The deck is a great place to enjoy the views, eat lunch or sit in the hot tub and just relax! The best equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in, and a super accommodating host who was an excellent communicator. Great little restaurant, Dusty Rose, and cafe nearby was a nice perk! It was like we where staying in a hallmark movie! The kitchen was well stocked for anything you needed to cook with. Very impressed. The guys loved the fact it had horseshoe pits!! The only negatives I would are there were TONS of waps around the outside of the home and inside of the garage. It made the area hard to use. The were wasp nests everywhere too. We had a group of 7 adults and the house was perfect for us. There were plenty of rooms and beds. The outside space had access to the river and incredible views. Easy to find and access.
