Street parking is always available, safe, and right in front of the property.  
  
This unit is located on the left hand side of the property. Multiple listings on this property.  
  
You may find clean sheets and towels in the washer and dryer located in the laundry area. If you need to use the dryer, please remove and set it on the side. If you need to use the washer, please transfer and run the dryer. Thank you.  
  
There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property.  
  
There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment.  
  
Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.  
  
No animals are allowed.  
  
For undisclosed pets/ service animals brought into the listing, there is an automatic ejection with no refund and $500 cleanup fee.  
  
Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee.

In the case of any deposit collection, we will need a picture of your government ID and a picture of the credit card used matching your ID. The picture only needs to show the last four digits of your credit card. We will not be able to give access to the space until these steps are completed.

#### Cozy home feel

Stayed 2 nights at Sweet Home Alabama and it was a perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids or even 4 adults as there are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Pictures are accurate for the home and it had all the amenities that were stated in the home description. Location is 7 minutes from Childrens Museum and Hermann Park. We had an issue with the auto door lock when trying to enter the home but they answered our call immediately and we had it worked out. Comunication was very good and they had a solution right away. I appreciated the fact that they took our security very seriously. I would definitely recommend this home. We will return to Houston and hope to stay here again.

#### Just okay!

The property is exactly how it was described. Overall it was an okay stay. We had issues with getting into the property but the property management team guided us through the process of accessing the key because the key pad didn't work. It was a bit of an annoyance having to lock and unlock the gate to enter and leave the property. The mattress pad in the second bedroom was grossly filthy and had multiple stains, we notified the property management team about it and they said they would address. It wasn't addressed during our stay, we just pulled it off the bed and threw it in the closet. Overall the stay was just okay. Night club music down the street, we didn't mind it actually enjoyed hearing it and dancing to the music.

#### Alabama Street

The property was overall clean, and we had no issues. We had fast reply from property manager of the parking situation. This property has a second house next to it, which is on the same premises but separate back yards; however, the issue we run into was the other renter block the entrance to inside the gate parking area. We parked every night on the street which was fine. We went there for medical reasons and multiple hospitals are near by. We would stay there again.

Overall,we had an excellent experience here. I really liked the fact that the property has gated,on site parking,and it felt very safe and secure. The home is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of household goods provided if you were planning on staying a while. I would definitely recommend staying here!
