Welcome to this exceptional one-bedroom apartment (780 sq ft / 72 sqm) in the vibrant Uptown district of Houston. Enjoy the convenience of having an array of attractions within walking distance, including the renowned Seasons 52 for dining and the upscale River Oaks District for shopping. The area is brimming with restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment options, all just steps from your front door. To enhance your stay, the community offers a range of amenities designed for your comfort!  
  
The Space:  
Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen featuring full-sized stainless steel appliances, striking dark cabinetry, and elegant porcelain dinnerware. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts a charming bistro-style table with four chairs. Moving into the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a large flat-screen TV equipped with Roku and various streaming applications. This inviting space also provides access to a stunning balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors.  
  
The master bedroom, conveniently located just off the living room, is thoughtfully furnished with a queen-size bed, two matching nightstands with lamps, and blackout curtains for privacy and restful sleep. The master suite includes a luxurious en suite bathroom, featuring a double vanity with granite countertops, a large separate soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and ample storage cabinets.  
  
Additionally, the home includes a full-sized washer and dryer conveniently situated near the main entrance.  
  
Guests will have access to on-site amenities, such as a swimming pool, a business center, a gym, and a rooftop lounge. Moreover, the property comes with a parking lot on site resident garage!  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Located in the Uptown district, this home is central to restaurants, shopping at the Galleria and Memorial Park. Downtown, Midtown and the Medical Center are a short 20 minute drive. This home includes access to the outdoor rooftop lounge with areial views of Uptown and Downtown.  
  
Getting Around:  
There is a public bus transit stop located conveniently across the street on Mid Lane and Westheimer Road.
