Perfect stay

The location was close to everything we needed. The home was spotless clean, the pictures are exactly as the house is. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. Quite neighborhood. Not to mention the host is very nice and responds to you quickly.

The host was particularly responsive to all our request. The property was very comfortable and safe. We had packages delivers and received everything we ordered. The property is located in the 3rd Ward of Houston located across the street from an elementary school, which cut way down on excessive street traffic. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable although it was clean and relatively new.

Very nice place at a convenient location.

This location has everything you need for a pleasant stay near downtown Houston. The bedrooms are nice, each with its own bathroom, and there's a great kitchen along with a lovely backyard. It's conveniently situated just 10 to 12 minutes from downtown, even during rush hour. I traveled to Houston for work with my family while they participated in the Junior Olympics in Humble, TX, and this spot was perfect for the entire week. The only very small downside is that the neighborhood isn’t very inviting. It’s quiet, safe, and clean, but there isn’t much to do nearby. However, downtown is so close, with plenty of restaurants, museums, and a ballpark, that it didn’t really matter. Check-in and check-out were smooth and simple, and Daniel was a fantastic host. I would definitely return if I need to work in downtown Houston again.
