Our personal boat launch sets us apart from others. Perfect for relaxing family get away, staycations, or any one wanting to be on the river with out the hassle of dealing with sharing space with large crowds. Sit back and enjoy swimming in the San Jacinto River, sunbathing and beautiful sunset. Bring a poll and enjoy some fishing. You must be able to download an app in order to access the gate. Without this app you will not be able to access the property. This waterfront home on San Jacinto River Lake sits on a private 3 acre gated lot aside the San jacinto River lake in Highlands, TX. Just a few minuets drive from Xtreme Off Road Park, Crosby Baytown, and Houston. Approximately a 30 min drive from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) , Hobby Airport (HOU) and Kemah boardwalk Located in an older little quiet town with a "country" vibe. This an amazing property that was renovated from a bar / marina and has TONS of history. This is a perfect place to bring the family together. Our property includes access to our private boat launch that is shared with one other house on the property. Bring your boat and spend the day boating or fishing or bring the jet ski and have some fun! Sit on the outdoor covered deck for waterfront and sunset views. While we do allow kids and consider the house kid friendly, there are a few thing you may need to keep in mind when bringing smaller kids . Here are a few but not limited to; The porch does have cable railing with large gap and is slightly elevated. There are larger hills and unlevel/drop off areas on the land . You will be required to watch your children at all time and do not leave them unattended. We have never had any problems with our own children, but wanted to bring this to your attention for everyone's safety. This cozy home nicely sleeps up tp 8 people with 3 bedrooms and pull out sectional in the living room. • Room 1: Queen Bed w/ Roku Smart T.V. , closet, Close hangers and 2 night stands • Room 2: Queen Bed w/ Smart T.V. , Dresser, Close hanger and 2 night stands w/ easily accessible plugs on each side of bed • Room 3: Queen Bed w/ Smart T.V. , Dresser, Close hangers and 2 night stands w/ easily accessible plugs on each side of bed. • living area Is equipped with a bar with seating for six 75 in TV sound bar and large sectional couch with queen pullout bed. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED! SECURITY CAMERAS / TECHNOLOGY- There are security cameras on the property outside the premises that actively record, We also have a noise/occupancy monitor. If you do not feel comfortable with these devices please DO NOT CONTINUE WITH THE BOOKING. Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old, present at the time of check-in and during the entire reservation. A government issued photo ID is required to be sent to confirm your identity for booking. SECURITY CAMERAS / TECHNOLOGY- There is one security camera inside the unit (located in game-room area above the T.V.) that does actively record, as well as multiple cameras outside the premises. We also have a occupancy/noise monitor. If you do not feel comfortable with these devices please DO NOT CONTINUE WITH THE BOOKING NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED! There is an additional charge of $25/pp each day for any guest over the total amount of 8\. If you plan to have 9+ total guest on the property at any given time (this includes visitors), let us know and we send you a request for the additional guest. (Remember we do have an occupancy monitor) \*\*\*Bring water shoes and life jackets for anyone planning on entering river. You will need to bring towels to dry off with if you plan on getting in the river (we suggest a darker color because the water will stain anything light) While we do not allow parties or large events we do not mind company retreats, etc.. with prior authorization. We had issues with the tvs in some of the rooms connecting to the WiFi provided. The shower head needs replacing and some little things like doors sticking. We also were given multiple gate codes. It ended up being that one was to enter the property and the other was used to leave. My biggest issue was it’s an EXTREMELY shared property. There were about 10 pods on the property and I felt quite unsafe with my small kids there. One pod was almost within reaching distance of the house. Most of the windows were also unlocked upon arriving. I would not say this is a family destination at all and the neighborhood leading up to the property was not the best either. The house would have been much more enjoyable if the pods were not on the property. It’s a beautiful view but the pods block a lot of it. ##### Rachel W. Also the other properties were listed in the description so we werent aware of the opportunity for multiple parties to stay at the same time.
