I had a hard time sleeping in the second floor. It was horribly noisy, other than that and not having free breakfast the place was lovely.

The hotel is a bit remote. Especially if you do not have a car. I was disappointed breakfast was not free. Room service is only on request, which was fine with me but I had not experienced that before.

We truly appreciate it.Regarding your comments regarding the breakfast and cleaning services, we'd like to clarify that at Courtyard Marriott, our brand offers a full kitchen with cook-to-order items, and therefore, our breakfast is not complimentary like some limited-service brands.Additionally, in line with Marriott's global policy, our Stayover services include towel replenishment and trash removal on the 3rd day of your stay, with a full cleaning service provided on the 5th day. Should you require additional services outside of this schedule, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.We hope this information addresses your concerns, and we eagerly anticipate your return to Sugar Land whenever your travels bring you back to our area.
Extremely loud plumbing right behind your bed wall, not very pleasant hearing people flush everytime you are in bed or around. Poor build quality, also had house keeping concerns which we informed frint desk and never got a follow up. The TV is absolutely old and useless for any connectivity

I have always stayed at this location this was my 6th stay at this location. clean and quiet. Dining options are not that great. Breakfast was good but expensive.
