Lawrence was very communicative and easy to access. Becky was easy to access during the stay as well. The checkin process was quick and easy and the house was slick and span upon arrival. The fridge didn’t work properly during the stay but Becky has the repair man come over to fix it and Lawrence video chat in to speak with the repair man while he was there.
