"The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. "Hotel le Ralis du Mont Blanc is a charming family owned hotel right in the middle of the French Alps along the north south motorway connecting France with Italy. The restaurant served a wonderful barbecue dinner with a breezy outdoor seating area. The morning breakfast had anything that you could ask for. The family dog, a beautiful Husky, wanders about the place. It was too bad we only were able to stay one night, because it is just a lovely place. "

"Really great friendly staff -rooms small but ok - food was very good. Location quiet but good links to slopes with new cable car link to St Gervais. Couple of decent restaurants in La Fayet but have to go to St Gervais for better choice. Think this little town will grow with new links etc. "

"Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. "Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."

"Overall my 11 year old son and I had a good week in the SOWELL HOTELS Mont Blanc & Spa. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with well-prepared food and plenty of choice. The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful. The main down-side is how worn and dated the room and all of the communal areas are. I'm not sure when it received it's 4* rating, but the property feels quite aged with bathroom furniture, doors and walls all very worn with visible damage."
