"Not the greatest hotel. Very tired looking and over priced. I had to change rooms several times just to get a toilet seat! The process with hotels.com wasn’t great either. I had to pay for my room twice- once in advance and once when I got there as the hotel claimed they hadn’t received the money from hotels.com. "I cannot praise this place enough. The room was big, clean, comfortable and a lot cheaper than some of the posher hotels further down the road which probably didn't offer much more. The staff couldn't do enough to help and the hotel not only looks good but it is ideally situated in the centre of town."

"There is no place or accommodation in the town bearing this name. The person behind this is running a scam. We were stranded with no where to go and in the end we ended up staying in another hotel paying the maximum dollar. It is unfortunate Expedia is allowing this to happen."

"This property has a rustic appeal. The few staff working there are accommodating to the best they can. Its under renovation so I hope it will only improve with upgrades. The view is pleasing and the food is good. The water was hot and the western toilet is a plus. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"This was the very worst I have experienced in a long time. Called Hotels.com to get out of that garbage hotel … waiting 30’ and disconnected, then over 60’ to hear that since it was paid, it could not be refunded. I left after one night of fighting with mosquitoes for hours, in a bedroom that was abject, and an owner/manager that was most unresponsive. You, Hotels.com, have a responsibility to corrrctly inform your customers. You should be ashamed to recommend such a place!"

"This is my favorite spot in all of Ethiopia. It was my second stay at this hotel and proved to be as special as the first. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for a shower. The view from the balcony is extraordinary with crows, eagles and hawks flying at by. The morning coffee was delicious and everyone was extremely accommodating and kind. I highly recommend."
