Assez calme. La piscine et le SPA n'étaient pas fonctionnels. Pas de grande vue sur les paysages depuis la plupart des Toukuls. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant mais sans plus. Proche du centre sans y être trop près. Tout est néanmoins accessible à pied. Personally, I loved the simplicity and minimalism of the hotel. The uniqueness. The noises you can hear through the walls. (I need noise to fall asleep and I was there over Timket celebration) I call this luxury. Wifi. A bed (with shiny bedding). A shower and running water. Friendly staff. A TV that I never used. (Like who needs television when life itself is entertaining enough). Transfer currency to Birr, as that is the only currency accepted. It states Complimentary water and transportation. In 2025, you will have to pay for those. You will experience insects, although I felt there were few. Men hotellet skulle behöva en uppryckning. Poolen innehåller inget vatten. Takterrassen har inga stolar. Rummet städas inte varje dag. Vårt rum för två har bara en tekopp. Wifi som ska finnas över hela hotellet finns bara i lobbyn och inte alltid. Some parts of the hotel have for sure seen better days but it wasn't important as we only spent a minimum of time in our rooms. The bites exactly fit the description. Hot water is great and it was very clean! Room was relatively clean. However, not much else is appealing about this place. It is a great distance from the other hotels and the Lalibela churches but they do have free shuttle if you call in advance and reserve. The breakfast is free and decent. Please be very aware of the tour guide that is stationed at this hotel because he will charge you double the price of what a tour to the Lalibela churches actually cost. There is no WiFi in the rooms, if you want to use WiFi it must be in the reception area of the hotel. Far worst than the WiFi issue is that they had no hot water system installed...be prepared for a cold bath. Also the television has one working for channel and seems to go out after 10pm. The hotel staff are very friendly and well accommodating. The rooms were nice and spacious, with comfortable beds and hot showers. There was a TV but was not hooked up to any satellite, so you couldn't watch anything if you wanted to. Shopping and restaurants are close by.
