We have Sports teams and Large Whanau Events here. We also have a Party Hire Business to cater for all needs. EVERYBODY LOVES coming to the Horotiu Homestead it truly is a Whanau Home away from Home experience. Large new build -Fully furnished 3 Bed Home. Purpose built for large family / team bookings. The facility can sleep up to 4-6 per room x 2 Queen Size Beds in each room + 2 x double bunks in two of the rooms. In the open style bathroom there are adjacent double showers and side by side toilets. Separate laundry area incl Washing Machine. Large commercial, open kitchen which has plenty of workspace for catering , Commercial Stove, Fridge ,microwave, Air Con,TV. PS Our commercial double door fridge is part of the Hire age we own. We have all the catering equip to hire as well if needed Accommodation must be returned to clean order as was on arrival , a cleaning fee of $100 per hour minimum will apply if left untidy About this space Entire home and land exactly outside Other things to note IMPORTANT :::: Party rates /Visitors additional to guests - light Linen is included. E rongo ana ki te aroha e whakatō ana ki roto. Amazing whare for the night, very homely and spacious it exceeded our expectations. If we have any future events to attend in Hamilton we will definately book this place. A few things to improve on are: -Water wasn't working on arrival -Workers that live onsite were in the house on arrival trying to fix the internet - Tried ringing the cellphone number on the information cards left on the counter but it went straight to answering machine. Needed to make contact with someone as the water wasn't working on arrival. Luckily someone was home next door who got it working. Thank you te Whānau Tangata-Terekia for your homely whare.
