The Pacific Monarch features a breathtaking rooftop pool, spa and sundeck and a prime location steps away from Waikiki Beach, shopping, restaurants and more. This home is a remodeled studio with a kitchenette, full bath and private lanai in the Pacific Monarch building and sleeps 4\. This unit is located on the 9th floor. Elevators are available. KITCHEN/DINING This unit boasts a remodeled kitchenette with hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, coffee mugs, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery and more. Includes countertop space and mini fridge/freezer. Dec 29, 2023 Liked: Location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication #### The unit was filthy and NOT worth $200+ per night When I arrived at the lobby, they had no record of my booking and asked me to call the property manager. Weirdly, the people on the line didn't even know about this whole building or the address of it. When I eventually got into my unit it was filthy. Sand on the carpet, sand on the table and chairs, sand in the closet, hair on the floor, tables not wiped clean, hair on the shower walls etc... Basically, it had not been vacuumed or cleaned. They had changed the sheets and towels which was a nice gesture. Then when I called the property manager again about those, the person on the phone had no idea about the building or its address... Finally, a nice guy came in with a proper vacuum and cleaning gear. Props to him! Definitely not worth $200+ per night. ##### Joonas G. Stayed 9 nights in Dec 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### Taang B. Dec 11, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy #### Horrible accommodations and service Upon entering the room, the vibe is dingy & grimey. I felt dirty just by walking inside. The air quality was dusty. The room was very gloomy and the main light did not work making the room very dark. The dirt found across all surfaces was ridiculous. Mold in the tub. Dust across furniture. The blanket had lint and hair all over it. I requested for new linen and communicated early and was not provided support. I left one night early since my family and I couldn’t take it anymore. DO NOT STAY HERE WITH FAMILY. If you are single and by yourself and won’t be in the room the whole day aka 23 hours of the day, this could be okay for you. We weren’t even comfortable sleeping there for ONE night. Horrible experience. They need to have more pride in their accommodations. We weren’t looking for 5 star service by any means, but also weren’t expecting 1 star service.
