The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well and convenient to make some of meals. The patio was a great hang out spot to enjoy our morning coffee. The location was perfect as everything is mostly in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to walk to and the beach access is very close as well. Perks were the parking pass, beach toys, and the separate lanai’s. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome goodie collection of Hawaiian favorites. The condo was very well cleaned on arrival and checkin and checkout were very clear. If you are looking for a great space to stay definitely think about this place. Aloha ##### Jennifer H. A lot of guidance and tour information was in the home, so we did not need to do a lot of research. The home was clean, comes with everything and very kid friendly. The only downfall was that we were not able to get clean towels since the condo is not part of the Regency and we had to wash towels. The unit was clean, and it was only a short walk to the beach. Parking is in an open lot a quick walk away, but you can load/unload your stuff in the front of the condo. I cannot speak to the laundry facilities since we weren’t there long enough to use them. There is occasional city noise but we expected that being closer to the activity of Waikīkī. It had everything we needed, including boogie boards and beach chairs. If there were things we forgot, an ABC store is right below the condo. We would stay here again. ##### Brooke H. This was a nice condo with a great view of the skyline! Furnishings were nice with a fun family layout! Beaches, food and malls just a block away in any direction with plenty to do. This part of town is dense, so shared parking is one block away. If driving a car, you'll want to be patient during check in as you have to retrieve your parking key from the room before you can park the car. Clean unit, just as advertised. Our only hiccup was that our contact was not actually on duty the day we arrived. Thankfully he answered the phone though, and gave us instructions for checking in. The balcony off the main bedroom looks nice, but wasn't very useful as it was always noisy on that side. The two bedrooms were also nice. We had a party of six so two had to sleep on the sofa sleeper, which they reported is being very uncomfortable. The metal bars went into their backs, and the mattress caved in the middle so one of them ended up sleeping on the floor.there was only one bathroom for all of us to share. We got by, but had to make some adjustments. For some reason, I thought this was a two bathroom facility until we walked in. My fault for not having read the description better. ##### Rebecca R. Very clean. Comfortable beds and couch. This time there were more kitchen items which was nice. We didn't cook but there are things to do so. Close to restaurants, shops, and beach. Easy check in and out. Free parking about 5 minutes walk away which was pretty simple. There is street noise but to be expected given you are in the action :) We had 5 people staying for one night and 4 people the 2nd night. Couch has a fold out bed which worked out well. There is only one bathroom so keep that in mind if you are planning on 5 or 6 people. I would stick with 4 people max for most comfort but we did okay with 5 people (family). The space provided was perfect for my family! We had 5 adults and a walking one year old. The host was incredibly thoughtful and had some welcome goodies on the table which everyone quickly tore into since we were hungry after our flight. The property manager was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Everything was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed for all the cooking that we did and even utensils/dishes for the little one. We used the provided beach chairs for our picnic at Ala Moana, had fun with the games we found in the cabinet, and enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning! We used all the beds but, unfortunately, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Although it was very convenient and easy to set up, you can feel the metal bars and the mattress is quite thin and sinks. Just a heads up for anyone who may need to use all the beds provided. Otherwise, it was just a short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise/sunset and having a parking pass for the lot just on the next block over was convenient. We would unload the entire family all our belongings just in front of the building then park the car and enjoy the short walk back to the condo. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay.
