The house was also very clean. The house came with everything you'd need for the beach, which was great. The location on AMI was great. We rented a golf cart to get around during the evening, but only needed to walk a few steps to the beach. The property management company was impossible to get ahold of. They only communicated via text and the text number could not take calls. In general, it took them 24 full hours to respond, which was annoying (always via text, never on the phone). When we arrived, all the doors were unlocked, which was concerning. The upstairs A/C did not work when we arrived and the TV in the kid's bedroom was missing the Roku, so it did not work. It took the management company 24 hours to respond back (via text) about the A/C and 5 days to address the TV. I ended up re-setting some breakers on the A/C unit myself to get it to work. Also, the management company told me there was only going to be 1 beach char per bedroom in the house, which was not true, there were plenty of chairs. The inside of the home was quite dated and the beds were very uncomfortable. The kitchen had very limited cooking utensils/basics, so if you plan to cook I would look somewhere else. Overall, we loved AMI, but we'll most likely stay in a different place if we return. ##### Adam T.
