Enjoy the setting sun while relaxing in the hot tub or gathering at the firepit. This beautiful home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and multiple gathering spaces. The 3 outdoor decks provide views of the surrounding woods and deer sightings many times a day. The 1 1/2 story home, features the main bedroom with full bath on the main floor. The lovely kitchen, dining area, living room and den all flow together for an enjoyable gathering area. The living room boasts a gas log fireplace. Second story boasts 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. Finished lower level enjoys a large great room with daylight windows, a 3/4 bath, Queen Bed and Queen sleeper sofa as well as a blow up mattress to add 6 more sleeping possibilities. Home is surrounded by lush woods and has a fully fenced rear yard. Very private and quiet. The wraparound porch has an additional eating area for 6 and a comfortable seating area.The rear deck boasts a new hot tub and additional outdoor seating. A Two car garage for your parking needs plus a long driveway that can accommodate 4 cars. Just one block off Lake Michigan Enjoy the local beaches or sunset walks along Lakeshore Drive. The accommodations were first class with plenty of space and all the comforts of home. The property is only 15 minutes from Saugatuck/Douglas.
