"After our previous hotel was evacuated, the staff at Perry's went above and beyond to help all 12 of us get settled into new rooms. The property had so much to offer. My family really appreciated the grills and picnic tables spread throughout the grounds, and the kids had a blast choosing between the three different pools. The rooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly."

"The property well maintained and fresh smelling! Elevators on time, staff friendly, parking not a problem. One downfall is the AC drip from floor above. Splashing down on our balcony, but not a gamestopper. Oh, and rooms soundproof which is a plus! Will be staying again"

"The staff was extremely friendly, but they ran out of beach towels constantly, and the breakfast included was coffee, orange juice, and water, bagels, muffins, and apples. There was cereal, but there was no milk. There was a yogurt machine, but it was broken and that was it, very disappointing, especially if you can’t have any kind of bread because that’s all that was offered. "
