The owner lives on the first floor with a completely separate entrance. Room volume applies from midnight! Inside: 12-room part of a house, 2 floors, approx. 240 m². Separate entrance to 1st floor: double bedroom with washbasin and access to balcony. Twin bedroom with washbasin, 2 bedrooms, each with double bed, single bed and washbasin. Shower/WC. 2 large shower/WC and washbasin. Fully equipped kitchen. New spacious lounge-dining room with sofa tables and satellite TV. Covered terrace with barbecue facilities 2nd floor: Entrance hall. Kitchen with kitchenette and corner bench, from here you have access to a triple room with shower / WC, double bedroom with access to the balcony. Quadruple bedroom. Double bedroom. Separate shower/WC. Triple bedroom with shower/WC.
