Family friendly villa with pools, lots of amenities - short walk to the beach

  • Clean, comfortable, and quiet 2 BR/2 Bath condo at Hilton Head Resort. Kitchen, dining area, living room with tv & wifi, and a tv in each bedroom. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and various beach games are available in a storage unit located under Building 1. Easy access to the laundry room, indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise room, and running/walking track in the building. Short walk to the beach via a private boardwalk with a shuttle service. Shorter walk to outdoor pools, tennis courts, Pickleball courts, and a bike rental office on the premises. Convenient location near grocery stores (Kroger and Whole Foods at Shelter Cove) and a variety of take-out or dine-in restaurants. Island Deli is located in Building # 1 next to the pool and Coco's Bar & Grill is located on the beach at the end of the HHR boardwalk. Several churches and a synagogue are just a short drive from the resort.
