OceanEscape – Steps to the Beach

Wake up to breathtaking beach views from your private balcony in this beautifully decorated oceanview villa. Located in Seaside Villas, a gated oceanfront complex, you're just steps from the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy retreat features a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and two small bunks for kids. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, and free bikes for exploring the island! 🌊🚲🏝️

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The pool looked nice and clean but I did not have a chance to use it. Host texted me within 10 minutes when I had a question. Excellent communication. Apartment was clean and great and probably best for 2. The ocean was easily viewed from the balcony and less than a 5 minute walk away. I would stay here again.

Beach Weekend

The best thing about this place is the location. After arriving on Thursday we didn’t get back in the car until leaving on Sunday. Everything is in walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The unit is small but cute, perfect for a couple getaway (there are bunk beds for small kids though). Owner was extremely responsive.

Great location!

Overall great experience at this location! Very close to the beach - great views from this unit. Walkable area and close to restaurants and shops. Only downside is no laundry in the unit. However, there is laundry on-premises which is nice.

Great location to Coligny and the beach! The owners were great and sent you everything you needed. The key fob isn’t needed currently cause the property and gate to the beach is open and gate is broken. So, not private. However, the place was still quiet and beautiful!! Would stay again. Great place and location

We had a great stay at this property. The view from the balcony was amazing! The check in process was easy and everything was explained to us in detail. The condo is quaint and perfect for a small family. The building is only a short walk to Coligny plaza and all the shops and food contained within. The only dings was the elevator door took a minute to open when you got to your floor and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was a little wobbly and noisy, but we would definitely book here again!

Seriously Clean and Affordable

This was our first weeklong visit to Hilton Head Island so we were looking for someplace nice, close to the beach and somewhat affordable. We were lucky enough to find Sea Side Villa #243 which met all of our requirements and then some. We found the unit to be nicely decorated, super clean, and free from the wear and tear we have seen in other rentals. The ocean view from the balcony was very nice and it was just a short walk to the beach itself. The unit was fully equipped with all the kitchenware and appliances you would ever need for a week of Fun-n-Sun. We had a few rainy days and the units high-speed internet made a big difference. Its seriously fast and reliable. The unit is a little on the small side, approximately 560 sq ft but we did not mind it at all. By the end of the week, for the two of us, it felt like home. All in all, we highly recommend Sea Side Villa #243. Its clean, affordable and in a really nice location close to many of Hilton Heads activities. You cannot go wrong.
