Enjoy a relaxing Sea Pines vacation while staying at this beautifully decorated, ground level villa with an open floor plan and breathtaking rear lagoon view. Just a quick 5 minute walk to our beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches-just use beach access #45 just across N. Sea Pines Drive. The bridge over the lagoon in back ends at a well maintained practice putting green that you can use. 1/2 mile to 600 acre forest preserve with horseback guided tours daily and electric boat echo tours. Bedroom configuration is King in Master and 2 double beds in guest bedroom.

This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. Register for your pass at southbeachpool.com.

As with all of our villas, enjoy a couple of free bikes for exploring Harbor Town, South Beach, and the miles of winding paths. We keep our kitchens well stocked for food preparation and pride ourselves on the practices and thoroughness of our cleaning company. We also provide a free fitness center pass to a local gym, free WIFI, free tennis at South Beach and discounts on additional bike rentals. The pictures tell the story--all that is missing is you!

Vacation with pupps

We really enjoyed taking our dogs to the beach every morning for walks, chasing the ball and meeting other dogs. This location was super convenient for the beach, the Beach club, Harbor Town and Caligney.

Perfect get away

We were very pleased with the property. Perfectly located in Sea Pines with a beautiful view, this property met all our needs. Bike trails are near by and access to restaurants and Hilton Head entertainment is very convenient. We will stay here again. Thank you!

A quick retreat

We met our daughter and friend for their Fall Break. There was several activities to keep all of us busy and enough room that we could all relax. Perfect place to relax and bring the family pup along.

Enjoyed our stay and the location had good access to the south part of island. Has access to beach within 15 minute walk, but we did not use beach since our visit was in January.

Sea Pines Paradise

We just got back from an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. Everything we needed and more was there for us. We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the sun room which has a fantastic view of the lagoon and gold course. We have stayed at other places in Hilton Head but this one is our favorite, Walking distance to the beach and nature center, surrounded by bike and walking paths. We will be back!

Beautiful setting and very quite and relaxing

The property was very well appointed and comfortable and was exactly as described. The setting is just off the golf course with a view of the water settings, an alligator, and there is a nice putting green just across the bridge you can use. The beach access is just a quarter mile from the house and an easy walk. The beach is very wide at high tide and wonderful to walk on. The house is also close to the South Gate of Sea Pines and the Publix and stores are just a couple of miles out the gate. I would absolutely rent this house again when i go back to Hilton Head.

Loved this beautiful villa with amazing views!

We loved staying at this Villa! It is exactly as described and even cuter than pictured. The rooms are spacious, the beachy decor is so pretty and everything was clean and inviting. The sunroom is great! We spent most of our time there enjoying the lovely views and the wildlife: lots of different birds, deer, and an alligator. Our dogs were entertained watching the birds. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again. The grounds are very nice and we enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful, wide beach. It was chilly so we didn't take advantage of the bikes but it was nice that they were provided. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

A Special Place

This was our first time in Hilton Head, as well as, staying in a villa. Our family (including a dog) enjoyed our time so much that we are thinking about a return trip next summer. The villa was everything as advertised and more. The accommodations were so inviting and comfortable. We truly felt at home during our visit. We enjoyed spending time in the beautiful Carolina room watching the wildlife. We rode bikes on the many trails and enjoyed the beautiful beach (just a short drive) to take our dog for a morning romp. We took the shrimp boat tour out of Harbour Town, and we would highly recommend it. We made so many family memories at 71 Fairway and can’t wait to return again.

Better as it went along

It was dark when we arrived and it was a little difficult to find. Even though the space does look like the photo, things are different when you are there in person. This space could stand some freshening up in decor. But as the week went along the charm kind of grew on us. The biggest problem we had was with the front door lock. When we were ready to go out, the door lock didn't want to cooperate. No problem unlocking when we returned, just getting it to lock was an issue. We enjoyed the alligators and there definitely are alligators! Missed having a pool on site since it was so hot. The kitchen was well stocked and has a nice washer/dryer. The mattress was a little hard for my taste but we made it through the week. I would say it's time to update the informational notebook--a few things out of date in it, but the idea of the notebook it very helpful. We enjoyed the bikes, that's a nice touch-we only had to rent two this year. Overall, nice place if that's what you're looking for. We will probably stay closer to the beach next time.

We loved this property and the location, it didn't hurt that the weather was perfect for our two week stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the sunroom and the outdoor space. Our dog Bear was welcomed. The kitchen had up to date pots and pans, even knives, and things were easy to find. One thing to improve on would be more essentials like proper fitting coffee filters, some salt and pepper, left over plastic wrap, laundry soap from previous guests.

Perfect location and best yard

Perfect spacious condo for couple and pets!Location is the absolute best. Been to this condo 4 or 5 times now. It’s not fancy but comfortable and just everything you need.
