First, some of the mattresses need replacing, as they are so broken down that we sank in about 5 inches. I slept on the couch as the beds hurt my back so much (I tried 2 different ones.) Communication with the owner wasn't great. We had trouble with the television, and although he said he would send someone to look at it, no one ever came. The only chair in the sitting area had a broken leg and the lock to the balcony door was broken. These are things that can be easily fixed and should have been taken care of. The front door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and he replaced it with a chain. There is what appears to be a hole in the floor that at anytime will give. We had no power initially then while we were at the beach he had people enter the room without our permission with all of our belonging in it to correct the power issue.
