Our favorite feature was the shower, great water pressure! The location was central to many attractions easy to bike, walk or drive to. The owner was attentive and communication was easy. A couple changes to this property would go a long way, a couple of lamps on the end tables would make it easier on the eyes at night. From the literature we thought we'd be closer to the beach than we were. We also thought all beaches had lots of shells washing up. Only after we dug a little bit we learned that HHI is part of a much larger sand bar. No shells. We even drove to Tybee Island thinking it would be different. Not. Then there was the matter of information about the condo that I did not receive prior to arrival. Like the entry code. To be fair, I did get a lot of info, but the manager assumed that I would be much more adept with my smart phone than I actually am. I don't know if there were downstairs units available when we booked; we were on the second floor, and that was a bit of an inconvenience at times. This property is very reasonably priced and in a very convenient location to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
