Clean, Convenient, and Close to Everything

We had a great stay! The condo was nicely setup with everything needed and we found the location to be conveniently located. We had a little trouble finding it late at night when we arrived, but the location is well situated within short walking distance to Coligny park and the beach access. Would recommend!

We loved this condo!

The bedrooms are both up stairs so if anyone is elderly or has trouble with stairs you may want to pick a different condo...the walk to the beach was a little farther than we thought it would be but we rented bikes and really enjoyed everyday! I loved the set up of the condo and the kitchen was amazing!

Our understanding prior to arriving was that the beach was "minutes away" & the description implied we were minutes from Coligny Park---we had to drive there. It was not until our 3rd day that we finally were able to find out way to the beach after finally speaking to someone in the office. The unit appeared surface clean-not a deep clean (as we found food behind one of the living room end tables). In today's world of covid, I would have expected the unit to be spotless and it was not.

Awesome family beach rental

This condo was beautifully updated and the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 young kids and an infant). Getting to the beach was an easy walk with the kids in a wagon and we were close to Coligny Plaza too. We were very happy with the location and the accommodations. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great!

We loved it but you should switch the beds. The king bed should be in the room with the largest closet and the large dresser with the mirror. Put the Queen in the smaller room. It doesn’t really make sense the way it is. Other than that it was a wonderful Villa!!!

Relaxing Getaway

This property was fantastic for our family. Our boys of ages 4 and 6 loved hopping on their scooters and going around the island while my wife and I walked behind them. We were able to walk to Coligny park on multiple occasions and the boys never really got tired or bored of anything there. When we hung around the complex we were able to swim for hours with a short walk back to the condo to pick up snacks or bring lunch back to the pool. The walk from the condo to the public access point near the complex was a bit of a walk for the boys- but overall, we recommend this place! Great memories.

Ocean Breeze 11...Awesome

We spent 6 nights staying in Ocean Breeze 11. It is a great condo! It was immaculate when we arrived! Kitchen is well stocked and large enough to cook a dinner or two! The bedrooms are a nice size, each with its own bathroom! Parking is directly outside the condo, makes it so easy for loading and unloading! Loved that there were sand chairs there for guest use! It is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza., where you will find just about everything you need...groceries, restaurants, shopping! The beach in this area is Great! We will for sure stay at Ocean Breeze 11 when we return to Hilton Head Island!

Adorable Townhouse near the Beach

The townhouse was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We cooked most of our meals there. The beach was just a short walk (under 10 mins). Overall very impressed

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in Unit 11 Ocean Breeze. Quiet area, close to beach. The one complaint is the unit could have been a bit cleaner. Appearance wise, it looked clean but there were crumbs left on a counter top and when I wiped a water spill from the kitchen floor, the paper towel was really dirty indicating the floors aren’t being cleaned. In our current state with COVID-19 cleanliness should be paramount. Otherwise, happy with our stay!
