Having fun in the Sun Beach Villa

Our 3rd row Beach Villa is at the private end of The Dunes and a skip across to the pool. This 2nd floor 2 bedroom Villa has a full bathroom in the Master Bedroom and full bathroom in the hallway, right next to the 2nd bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a spacious king sized bed with a full closet and the 2nd bedroom has a single bed, bunk beds and another full closet.
Our flat screen TV has internet for cable tv, with access to Netflix, Amazon and several other popular streaming services. The kitchen is fully furnished, along with an HE washer/dryer. Villa comes with free WiFi.

Really enjoyed staying here as it offered a great location close to Coligny Plaza/Beach and also Sea Pines nearby where our family wedding activities were located. Just across the street from the beach, so pricing was a really good value compared to some other locations with direct beach access.

Easy check in. The host sent a message when it was ready and we were able to check in a little early. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well kept. This rental had everything we needed. It was clean and simple. The beds were comfortable and that’s always one of my biggest concerns when booking a place. The location is great. It’s super close to shopping and dining, plus the beach is a really close walk. Even though we were here at the beginning of peak season, the beach wasn’t crowded. I’d definitely recommend this VRBO rental.

The Dunes at Hilton Head

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very close to the beach and walking/biking trails and offered all that we had hoped for. The property manager/owner was very helpful and was responsive to our questions and concerns. If our future vacation plans take us to Hilton Head, this will be the place we hope to call our home away from home.

We had everything we needed and more. My son also loved swimming in the pool. The beach was a short walk and restaurants/activities were nearby. This was a great Spring Break trip and the beach wasn’t crowded at all.

Great location

The condo was just as described. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. There is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but the paved walking path made the walk very easy and convenient. If you have very small children or older adults who have trouble walking for long distances it may be an issue. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Great location!!

Access to the beach was very easy. We were able to use the handicap spot in the public beach parking at the beginning of the parking lot. The stairway was full of mosquitos, so it was hard to keep all of them out when we opened the door to go in or out...but we only got a couple bites 🙂

Lovely island

Had an absolute blast on the island and the condo was great. For those of you who haven't been to Hilton Head access to the beach is a walk. Beaches on the Gulf seem to have more accessible beaches so plan for a short walk. Access is very close to this condo. Condo was spic and span clean and there is plenty of room. Rental is just as described and communication with owner was great. All in all we had a great trip and really enjoyed the island

Great home, location, and owners!

My family recently stayed in Hilton Head and we loved this home! The location can’t be beat, we walked to the beach on the path daily and it was so great with our kids and a wagon. The home was so clean when we walked in. The bunks and extra bed in the second room was perfect for our kids. But the best part was the communication with the owners. We had to reach out a couple things…things we needed help with, nothing that was wrong with the place, and the owners not only helped but had such quick response time in was incredible. We will stay again when in Hilton Head!!
