Along with a large screen TV, this area also includes a full sized refrigerator and a propane grill for all of your entertaining needs. There is also an outdoor shower for you to use. First Floor: Features a gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven. Quartz countertops throughout and an island has a sweeping view of the amazing sunsets over the marsh. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need and a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets. The living and dining room are an open floor plan featuring sliding glass doors that open up to the first floor deck with panoramic views of the marsh. Here you can dine or lounge al fresco as you watch the tide come in. There is also a king bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV and a full-size bathroom. Second Floor: The owners suite features a luxurious king bed, large flat screen smart TV and a beautifully detailed trey ceiling. The master bath has double sinks vanity and a full tiled glass door shower. Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a large flat screen smart TV. The other room has two twin over full bunk bunkbeds one with a twin pullout trundle and a large flat screen smart TV, and stocked full of board games for the kids to enjoy. These two bedrooms share a full size bathroom complete with a tiled tub/shower combo. The laundry area is also on this level and has a full size washer/dryer. This is a brand new home located centrally within Hilton Head Island. House is very clean and well laid out. We were a party of 10 and there was plenty of room for everybody. Bonus room is a great space for teens. This is a new neighborhood so there is construction that starts early in the am but once the other homes are built it will be great.
