The home has mountain views from almost every room in the home. The house has a large lower balcony with 4 lounge chairs, hot tub and grill. To the side of the large balcony is a fenced in yard area great for pets. The home has easy access to both Highlands, as well as Cashiers, North Carolina. We reserved the property in July and corresponded with the owner several times through the VRBO app. However, though we received the address, we never received the code to get in. The night before we came, which was on Christmas night, we had to call the VRBO help line to get the property owners phone number. We had left a couple of messages through the app, but received no response. I think we woke Stephanie up the morning we were coming to the property to get the code.
