"En arrivant à l'hotel, une personne au comptoir qui ne trouve pas la réservation d'un client (1h à essayer de trouver alors que le client a des preuves) avant de répondre à l'autre client devant moi. Employée avec un chandail de style coton ouaté kangourou avec la capuche sur la tête (très peu professionnel!!). A mon tour tout se déroule normalement jusqu'à ce qu'on me dise où me stationner. Il y a un stationnement avec environ une 50 aines de places au total où les clients du restaurant/bar de l'hotel se stationnent aussi. Résultat pas de stationnement. Il est 23h30 et on nous dit de faire le tour du stationnement jusqu'à ce qu'un client quitte. On nous proposait d'aller nous stationner dans la rue avoisinante alors que j'ai réservé un stationnement pour la semaine (park and fly). Un client a fini par partir vers 00:30\. On m'a chargé une nuit de stationnement plus 7 nuits de park and fly alors que mon séjour complet était de 7 nuits incluant la nuit d'arrivée. Le tarif affiché sur le site de l'hotel était de 20USD et on a voulu me charger 30USD/nuit. J'ai dû m'obstiner. Au final j'ai payé en 8 nuits pour un 6.5 nuits d'utilisation puisqu'on a refusé de me rembourser la nuit en trop. Autre chose, le train derrière l'hotel qui passe/arrête à la station aux 5 minutes. Très bruyant toute la nuit. On ne retournera jamais à cet hotel."
