"The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. However the bedroom carpet had stains on it and the bathroom door needs to be replaced. The walls had been patched, a lampshade was damaged & should be replaced & the bathroom needs to be remodeled."

"Room very clean, smelled fresh but not over perfumed. Desk clerks were always wry helpful. I had two different rooms at two different stays. My first room was across from the ice machine and it was quite noisy with people frequently getting ice. The second time I shared a wall with the guest laundry and someone decided to do laundry at 2:00 a.m. and the dryer woke me up and kept me up until done. Perhaps there could be specific hours for the laundry?"
