Standard accomodation

The room was a very standard for the price but had the advantage that mine was on the ground floor with a door that opened onto a small lawn (useful when travelling with a dog). The breakfast had a very good selection. The parking area was ample and the area felt secure.

Good choice for a one night stop over

Campanile Hendaye is a convenient hotel for a one night stop. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room was functional and had coffee making facilities which was a bonus the only real let down was that the plug in the bathroom was broken and it wasn’t possible to have a bath.

A fairly basic hotel, not much around. Taxis are a rarity here, we waited for 1 hour at the station and made sure we ordered one the previous night on departure.

Dog friendly?

We stayed here because it was described as dog friendly however there was no area for us to sit and eat dinner/breakfast with our small dog. The noise from other guests could be heard through the thin walls.

Vieillot et manque de personnel

Séjour de passage sur un long trajet France/Portugal. Je ne sais pas si tous les campaniles sont du même type à savoir chambre de type Motel, mais je ne pensais pas qu'on pouvait décrocher le statut 3 étoiles pour ce genre d'hébergement. Au delà du logement, le vrai problème que nous avons vécu était le check-in qui a pris une durée de dingue car c'est le même personnel qui tient le restaurant et qui fait le check-in. Du coup on nous prend avec au moins 15 minutes d'attente (sans personne devant nous) puis on nous dit le restaurant ne reçoit plus après 21h alors qu'on était arrivé avant.

Campanile bon rapport qualité/prix

La chaîne des hôtels Campanile offre toujours un confort et un accueil très soigné et Hendaye ne fait pas exception. Personnel cordial, literie confortable, chambre propre mais petit déjeuner un petit peu moins gourmand qu'autrefois. Bref, on est jamais déçu.

Arrivée tard, (21h25), j' ai été très bien reçu. Le seul défaut à été de ne pouvoir manger en salle alors que le site internet de l' hôtel indiquait fin de service 22h00! J' ai quand même pû manger dans ma chambre.

Très calme. Chambre àu rez de chaussée avec accès sous forme de motel...pas de passage dans les couloirs ni de bruit d ascenseur. Très grand choix au buffet du petit dejeuner. Restaurant avec terrasse.

machine à café à changer

à 13 euros le petit déjeuner j'estime que la machine à café doit fonctionner. 1er café long que de l'eau chaude machine HS, par miracle elle fonctionne à la 2ème demande de café long avec un bon goût, mais quand j'ai voulu me servir un 2ème café long (donc 3ème tentative) très peu de café mais beaucoup d'eau, café plus que léger imbuvable..... machine à nouveau HS. En conclusion pour 13 euros j'ai manger 2 viennoiseries et j'ai bu 1 café long, mon chère café.... mon chère petit déjeuner !!!!

Accueil agréable et souriant. Juste un détail au niveau des sanitaires : il manque un balai brosse pour le nettoyage de la cuvette. Sinon, la chambre est bien équipée.

Chambre globalement propre. Des draps avec des taches "propres" je suppose. Une petite invasion de fourmis sur le bureau. L'heure de réservation piur diner doit etre respectée et impossiblr de prendre un apero si on arrive 15 minutes en avance. L'apero ne peut etre pris qu'a table. Donc retour en chambre pour attendre l'horaire exact.

Ma fille et moi même avons trouvé la chambre très bruyante (voitures toute la nuit), le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, les volets même fermés laissaient rentrer le jour. J’ai été déçu et j’ai trouvé que la chambre ne mérite pas les 140€ que j’ai payé pour la nuit.
