« Wow, where to begin. This house is absolutely spectacular. The owner and his wife built the house to reflect building styles of the early 1900’s. And if you can overlook some modern conveniences, you’d think you could hear the horses and carriage arriving. « This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....

« We had a wonderful stay at this property in Stuttgart, Arkansas. The house was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our entire family to relax and enjoy our time together. « Host was easily reached and getting into the home was easy. Overall great place to stay, cleaning was good but more deeper cleaning could be done ie. ceiling fans, lights, vents. Cooking supplies were adequate but minimal. Much better place for us to stay than a hotel but overall not quit a 5 star, solid 4! »

« What a great house find! Patricia&family had wonderful accommodations for an extended stay for my son who was on an intern assignment for the summer. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at the house and all his needs were met with the wonderful furnishings. He enjoyed the scenic locations (hiking and biking) and shopping and restaurants were close&convenient. So thankful and blessed to find this rental and Patricia is a wonderful host! »

« Well done! This is one of the cleanest VBRO homes that I have been to. Chef's kiss for upkeep! The yard is absolutely amazing & little side patio is cute, although I wish there was something comfy to sit on out there so I could read in the mornings. The home itself was very modest & cute & definitely worth the price. Two things I wish were different: #1 is we didn't find the beds comfortable. #2 is we felt that there were rooms where the furniture could have been more practical for the space....

« The house was in the right location for us to travel to the solar eclipse. Everything was clean and the surrounding were nice. The only issue was the power was out for four hours but that was not the owner’s fault and she was in communication with us. Nice quick stay for our mini vacation. »

« The host was very accomodating and the communication made us feel very welcomed. The home was spacious, clean, organized, open and bright. Although we traveled to Pine Bluff for a funeral we enjoyed our stay at Ida's Oasis. My family and I would like to send our gratitude to the host for making our visit stress free and the atmosphere of the home relieved a lot of anxiety I was experiencing. Words can not express! »
