« Room was booked automatically with a smoking room although i am a non smoker and received no warning at all of this particularity : corrected with Expedia by phone : first room given to my friends was a stinking heavy smoker room , changed . Mine stinked too but was bearable with all day window opened at street level ... « The staff helped us immensely when Hotels.com didn’t transfer our reservation to their site. We walked in and tried to check in, but there was nothing under our name. So, Khamir (front desk guy) immediately went to work calling Hotels.com to help. When 3 agents couldn’t help us, he doubled down & called Vic, the hotel manager. Vic worked with hotels.com to get the reservation info sent over and saved the day! »
