Exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet, remote but easily accessible, and had many opportunities to enjoy the variety of animals and walking trails in the woods. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed talking with them and learning a little about the area. We used the cabin as a base for various sections of the Katy Trail. This allowed us to have access to several different trailheads within about a half hour drive.
