Affording a splendid, elevated position next to the lower waterfalls flowing down into Gayle Beck. From the living room or outside terrace, you have an uninterrupted view of the water as it flows past. Offering a very good level of comfort, this mid-terraced property has been tastefully furnished and well-equipped to cater for up to four people. The living/dining area has a wood burner and Smart TV, perfect to return to after a day of exploring. The compact kitchen has all the appliances you need and well-equipped to cater for a hearty breakfast or supper. Upstairs are two bedrooms furnished to a good standard with oak furniture, with kingsize bed and one single. The bathroom with bath and shower over and separate toilet completes the accommodation. Externally is a patio area with furniture to enjoy a beautiful view of the falls. Being close to the Pennine Way there is excellent walking direct from the door suitable for all abilities. Lake Semerwater is nearby and offers activities such as coarse and wild brown trout fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing or simply a lovely place to take a picnic on a summers day and sit and enjoy the views and wildlife.
