Quiet part of LBI, but walkable to pickle ball courts, a Wawa and a bike rental place. Everything was available in the rental including beach chairs and sand toys. The kids enjoyed the outdoor shower the most. We love visiting LBI. I would highly recommend this rental! "

"Hotel was great for a long weekend with 3 kids, the room was ready within 20 minutes of arriving and although there were no bath towels in our room, they were delivered promptly. We will stay again. "

"This was a large home, close to beach access. We liked the fenced in yard, because the owner allowed pets. It was very clean and spacious. The garage was a bonus room with a ping pong table/couch, etc and was nice to have when you wanted to be outside, but stay out of the sun. We would stay here again."

"This property was nice but the level of service here was the most disappointing experience that I’ve had in renting from VRBO. We arrived and realized that there were no sheets or towels, little toilet paper, paper towels. This should have been noted on the amenities list. I had to go out to Walmart to buy sheets for the beds towels for the shower, etc. The kitchen. It was very sparse. There was no toaster, there was very little in the way of dishes and in fact there were zero plates or wine glasses. When I reached out to the owner with my concerns, I never received any reply. Very disappointing experience "

"Looks small from the street but plenty of spacious rooms!Very clean! Dishes, utensils and etc like new.Furniture and bed comforters also clean and like new!Short walk to the beach and quiet street.Love the second floor balcony where you can see the bay and watch the sunset.All new windows that gave us a beach breeze in the large back room where we played games and ate!This is our second year and probably won’t be our last!"
