"We were greeted by very friendly staff. They have good security - they ensure you have a key before you approach the elevators. They have a Starbucks within the lobby. The cleaning crew was amazing. Overall a very good stay."

"Our initial room smelled strongly of cat urine, so we immediately requested a change. The front desk offered to waive the facility fee if we kept it, or move us to a lower floor. We took the move without hesitation because the odor was unbearable. The replacement corner room had astonishing views, a very comfortable bed, and moody purple accent lighting that created a great vibe. Convenient 24 hour parking for 30 dollars was also a plus. However, several details fell short. The furniture looked dated and overly worn, in clear need of replacement. The shower in our accessible bathroom leaked water across the entire floor with nowhere for it to drain, which made the space uncomfortable to use. I would stay here again, but definitely not at 600 dollars a night without significant room upgrades. Overall rating: 7/10."

"Great location (easy access to Penn Satation and the entire NY metro area transit system) - awesome rooftop bar and our go-to for any times we are hanging at The Garden for a weekend. The staff is super helpful, the rooms are functional and comfortable, and the rates are a great value. Its in our rotation of best values in NYC. Just stayed at the Arlo for the US Open and it couldnt have been more convenient to get back and forth to the tennis center."

"Wonderful staff and location, convenient to the World at your doorstep. The only downside is that complete lack of humidity due to the lack of open windows and the AC/Heating units. & yes we would stay there again!"
