« Nous sommes restées que 30 minutes, le temps d'essayer de trouver une solution aux centaines de mouches dans la chambre et de demander un remboursement total. L'hôtel n'était pas un endroit sécuritaire pour 2 femmes début trentaine, dans un secteur plus défavorisé de kansas city (independence). Le personnel de l'hôtel l'a bien compris et n'a eu aucun problème à nous rembourser la totalité des frais. »

« There was shoping nearby some even walking distance the staff is vdry friendly. I guess there going through some renovstions but went out of thete way to mske me comfertable. And i couldnt coplsin the renovations dodnt disturb me at all and the current price of the room mzde it a win win for me givin the opertunity ill definitely stay again »

« Le petit déjeuner est ridicule (juste du pain de mie, du beurre et un yaourt à 8h15) mais à part cela ça va pour le prix »

« staff was great. Not enough towels in the room for 2 people, faucet ran into mirror and wouldn't turn all the way on, toilet ran for 5 minutes before it turned off, sheets were not put on the bed correctly and came off in the night on one bed. I appreciated getting an extra blanket as my roommate liked it colder than I do. We understand about construction going on. Appreciated then waiting until later in the morning for pounding and screwing. »
