« The garbage bins were not easy to find, the dishwasher(which I didn’t use) got cleaned by me, I don’t think the floor had been vacuumed before we arrived…windows dirty as was the balcony. No instructions on how to use the cook top. 32 stairs was my own fault for not doing research. 9.30 departure was too early maybe 10.30 would be better. Price was comparable to similar properties and it was well appointed with utensils etc. lovely and quiet. »

« This house is in a great spot. The only minor issue is that it is a bit dated and not as clean as you would expect. It could do with some minor repairs. The manager was responsive and helpful. »

« It was most comfortable and a great spot to enjoy the beach. There is an ocean pool and plenty of great walking available. Definitely recommend both the residence and the area. Only complaint was no hair dryer. »

« Great Value for money, especially with that great ocean view from the balcony and family/kitchen/breakfast table room. Only two bad points was that: 1. the cleaner needs to clean all the unmissable large cobwebs on the internal cornices of the breakfast table windows. 2. The breakfast table and the main lounge sliding door windows need rubber insert resealing as it sound like a haunted house at nights with strong coastal breezes. Nice stay and great location. »

« Dream property - we very much enjoyed relaxing on the deck watching the dolphins and fish swim past. The home was exactly as described and was a pleasant walk into North Haven shops and the break wall Only negatives were the very poor wifi connection, and the clothesline that got zero sunlight. Inclusion of a clothes airer for the balcony would be fantastic! All in all - a wonderful stay! »

« The extensive collection of Buddhist material was very interesting. The noise coming through from the upstairs apartment was upsetting. The soundproofing between apartments left a lot to be desired »

« We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the property as well as the thoughtful inclusions. It is also tastefully decorated. We enjoyed many walks in the local area as well as fishing and boating on the river and creeks. There are some lovely drives close to this location too. It was very central to what we wanted to do. All in all, a relaxing holiday. »

« This property is really nice with an excellent outlook and beautifully friendly neighbours and It was super clean. Trouble was more than several teens who did not reside there were using the private grounds for hanging out and skipping school. They took over the space with antisocial behaviour (loud music, swearing, leaving rubbish, breaking furniture, damaging plants jumping from the bridge and jetty). We called the real estate and we’re told the property manager would get back to us but we...
