"The room we had needs a lot of cleaning and a check of the air conditioning system. Couldn’t get the air to go any lower than 70 degrees. Bathroom needs new caulking and grout. Carpeting needs to be replaced and the vents in the bathroom need to be cleaned"

"Amazing cabin in a beautiful serene setting. Cabin is custom built with unique detail. We were disappointed with the grill situation - we were not able to use it, as it was filthy inside and falling apart. We had purchased nice steaks and chicken to grill and had to change plans. Hot tub was very nice, cabin was very clean. I would recommend the owners provide more cookware, spray cleaner for kitchen cleanup, and also maybe stock cards and games for rainy days or families. The fire pit and chairs are great, but would recommend stocking a bit of covered firewood, lighters, a flash light, and bug spray. Overall I would recommend the cabin - it is beautiful!"

"The cabin is located in a very unique spot. Great place to just relax. The furniture could use some updating. Bring your own camping chairs for the fire pit. We saw an owl and there is a family of bats that live at the cabin. It was the one time being on vacation that I prayed for rain."

"My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. My first impression was that it was cute, clean and conveniently located to nearby activities. I appreciated that it had a bedroom, but I didn't like having to crawl over my husband to get to the far side of the bed. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, but I would have preferred fluffier pillows. Perhaps multiple pillow thicknesses could be placed on the bed to accommodate different preferences. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but the sulfur smell was nauseating at times. On the plus side, the owners have a water purifier available for drink water. We appreciated the extra blankets that were available for our use. The fire pit, unfortunately, was washed away by a recent flood, but the staff worked diligently until sundown each night, running their chainsaws and making frequent trips thru the backyard with their utility vehicle. It looked real nice when they were finished, but we didn't use it since we were leaving the next morning. All in all, it was a good stay."

"Amazing place!! So relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Lucky us had the whole little lake to ourselves since none of the other cabins happened to be booked our weekend (they are all the other weekends though!). Would absolutely stay again and recommend."
