"Cabin location was great for us. Conveniently tucked off of main road with easy access to state park and national forest/RRG entrances and popular restaurants. Cabin was clean and kid friendly. Hot tub and fire pit. Newer cabin with everything you need for a weekend away from home. "

"Spent the week hiking, swimming in the river, exploring caves and visited Beattyville for a July 4th festival. Such a fun time! Cabin was cozy and clean, such a good spot for an “unplugged” getaway. "
"This was a great experience for us. The tent was spacious and comfy, the grounds were very clean and well groomed. Very impressed with the bathhouse. It too was spacious, very clean and well maintained. We loved the location as well, close to ziplines, UTV rentals, the Gorge Underground and gas/convenience store but still very quite and secluded. "

"The Flying Squirrel was a great place to stay. Very relaxing stay. We enjoyed sitting by the fire every night outside in the very private back yard. The hot tub was a nice bonus, very good for sore muscles after hiking all day. The location was perfect. It was close to everything we came to enjoy. We hiked to the top of natural bridge, hiked to Creation Falls and also hiked a few easy, shorter trails in the area. We dove through Nada Tunnel and ate at several nearby very good restaurants. We also did the SUP Kentucky Crystal Kayak Tour and went ziplining right in the community where our cabin was located. So convenient to everything. I'd stay at the Flying Squirrel Cabin again for sure. Great trip!"
"My friend and I came down to kick off my early birthday celebration. We got there just before dusk and the view was breathtakingly beautiful. Not to mention we were at the end edge of a cliff in a literal tree house! The inside was beautiful, modern, cozy, & peaceful. It was EXACTLY what we needed. 10/10 definitely recommend.
