The room was very clean and comfortable, the location was convenient for getting around Hanoi, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooftop area was definitely a highlight — beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere that made the stay feel special.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, making it very comfortable after a long day of traveling. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The location was also perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely choose it again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Hanoi. Location is super good, right in the Old Quarter, easy to walk everywhere and lots of food around. Room is fine, but the bathroom is the best part – very clean, fresh and airy, which is not easy to find in old quarter apartments. It has window so not smelly or humid at all. Housekeeping clean everyday so always feel nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. For the price and location, I think this place is really worth it. Would stay again next time in Hanoi 👍

I stay here for few nights in Hanoi and I really enjoy my time. The location is very good, close to Old Quarter and many food place around. Very easy to go everywhere. The room is clean and cozy, look exactly like photo. Bed is super comfort, I sleep very well after long day walking. Aircon work good, hot water also strong (very important 😆). Wifi is fast, no problem for work. Bathroom is clean and have all basic stuff. Towels smell fresh. The place is quiet at night even it near center. Staff is very friendly and helpfull, always smiling and support us when we need taxi or recomend place to go. Overall, very convinient and good value for money. If I come back to Hanoi, I will stay here again for sure!
