Relaxing Hampton Beach Vacation Home

  • Furnished 3 bedroom home with 2 baths near Hampton beach. House has a large master bedroom with queen sized bed and sitting area.
    Relaxing getaway with breathtaking 270 degree marsh views. The house is very unique for the area – on a quiet dead end road with a 0.5 acre lot. So you don't feel like you're right on top of your neighbors as with many properties in the area. The house is a short 10-15 minute walk to Hampton beach and a 3 minute walk to a private and secluded beach on the Hampton Harbor. At low tide the Hampton Harbor beach has a huge sand bar that’s great fun for kids and adults! Sunsets from the back yard are also terrific!

    House comes well equiped with:
    - Sea kayaks (4)/life jackets, surf boards (2), and boogie boards (2)
    - Wifi and cable TV
    - Kitchen has everything you should need – plates, appliances, etc
    - Clothes washer and dryer
    - Barbeque grill
    - Selection of games

    Long term winter rental is available from beginning of October to end of April or May

We loved this home- full of charm! It was the perfect location for our dogs (lots of privacy and green space) and to escape the hustle and bustle of Hampton Beach but also be close enough to enjoy at times. We loved the hammock, screened front porch, and the birdwatching was so fun! We'd definitely return.

We had a nice 4 day stay, The house was well stocked and accommodated 6 adults well. Good use some updating but worked OK for our short stay. Very nice location, private but yet close to beach and boardwalk.

The home is in a beautiful location and the kitchen, bathrooms are well supplied. Plenty of closet space to put away your clothing. Unfortunately, except for the master bedroom, the other beds desperately need to be replaced. Otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.

We have visited numerous times and the stay is always great. Bruce always answers our questions in a timely manner. The property is quiet, and only minutes away from the beach and the best seafood. Highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed ourselves as the location was quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach and boulevard was a little rough on my teenagers it made the fried dough and slushies taste better.

Beautiful, peaceful location

We had a great stay with our kids and dog. Enjoyed the quiet street and peaceful yard. The house was clean and spacious and close to everything while also feeling remote. Loved the views from the kitchen and bedrooms. Bruce was very attentive and communication was easy. Look forward to visiting again.

Best place to rent

This is one of our favorite places to stay. Quiet and lovely sunrise and sunset. If there are fireworks at the beach, you can enjoy them from the porch! Our pups love it here too. Bruce is wonderful, helping with every request we asked of him. We will definitely go back!

A wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this lovely property. The house is comfortable and we felt completely at home here. The property is very private and quiet and we enjoyed watching the birds by the marsh. The beach is a short walk away. The host is very responsive and friendly; we wanted for nothing. Would definitely come back.

Sweet, quiet, winter getaway

Perfect getaway spot with long, water views, gorgeous sunsets and plenty of bird watching, including a bald eagle landing in the backyard! The house was immaculate and comfortable with an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen. Comfortable beds and lots of choices for movie watching. The owner was easy to reach, flexible and thoughtful about our stay. Highly recommend this sweet spot!
