The 3bedroom is half of the house upstairs and downstairs. The other side has the 2br upstairs and my business downstairs. WINTER RENTAL 9/22/25-5/14/26 $2,500/month if you take entire time. Higher rate if you book less than 6 months. No checking in/out on Saturday or Sunday (try to stick to this, but if have open, may allow check ins if not rented/last minute). Please read all House Rules before booking. There is no hot tub in this unit, it is listed in error and we are unable to change. New England Beach Community! This is a house that was fully renovated in 2013 with new maple hardwoods in the living room, hallway and bedroom. Slate tile in the kitchen with new cabinets, crown molding, under cabinet lighting and a tiled back splash with decorative border. The bathroom also has slate floors with a tub that has decorative tile border and pedestal sink. Fresh paint everywhere. This is the nicest 2 bedroom in Seabrook Beach so book early. It sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and has 1 bath. This house is perfect for a beach week getaway. Has flat screen TV in living room. Queen size bed in 1 bedroom, the second bedroom has bunk beds (full size mattress on bottom with twin on top). Outside shower available and is a short walk to beautiful Seabrook Beach, also a short walk over the bridge to Hampton Beach. Linens are only provided for an additional fee $50 per bedroom, towels $10 per person. FOR SUMMER - We are now doing flexible days, but you will get the best rate if you rent for 7 days. We recommend Friday to Friday rentals, as they allow you to travel on a day that is not so busy, have the whole weekend at the property and have the fireworks on the night before you leave (check HamptonBeach.org for events/fireworks schedule). We prefer 2 week rentals in the summer time. Inquire about multi week discounts. We REDUCE WEEKLY RATES by 20% two weeks prior to arrival and another 20% one week prior (but not below minimum rental noted below), if not rented by then (so please inquire about this with us if your arrival date would be within two weeks of the rental). Note that our minimum rental on this unit is $1,200 (we would book this rate only in the week before the rental if it had not rented). There are a few minor issues that made the overall experience a little less pleasant.The listing photos and description show bunk beds (one full, one twin) in the second bedroom. We planned on that for our two sons, and packed sheets accordingly. In reality, each bedroom has one queen bed. This is a pretty big difference for a place that makes you bring your own linens.The coffee maker didn’t work properly. After the first morning I heard back that you have to hold the top shut in order for it to work. This house has plenty of rules and procedures, but they forgot to provide instructions on how to operate the broken Keurig.We were there for 4 nights/5 days, and the dish soap provided ran out after 3\. When we requested more we were told that an "assistant" normally handles that and the contact would have provided more if she was there. Finally, we were approached by someone at 8AM on checkout day telling us we needed to be out by 830AM for the cleaners. Check out is listed as 10AM and we had planned our morning (doing the required heavy cleaning - a sad way to end vacation) around that. We told the woman that we couldn't leave earlier, and she responded that we would be hearing from the owner (we didn’t).Again, great unit and perfect location. The little things can make a relaxing trip feel a little less so. If they fix the listing, and communicate a little better, it would be a better experience overall. ##### Adam L. It was extremely clean when we arrived. The AC was on high which was a fantastic way to unpack. We are a family of 6 and had no trouble being comfortable. The kids enjoyed the outdoor shower which made our life so much easier. We visit Seabrook every year and this year was just as amazing as the rest! ##### Erin M. I am originally from this area so I knew I did not want to stay at any of the hotels on the beach. This was a last minute trip and we lucked out finding this place! It was a great location. A short walk to seabrook beach and a short drive over the bridge onto hampton beach. The unit was very clean and the owner had the AC on already for us. That was refreshing. Everything you need for cooking as well as toiletries were provided. There was some beach accessories available for us to use as well. The outdoor shower was a great perk so we could rinse kids and shoes. Highly recommend this unit! ##### Nicole P. It was very clean and well kept, and Leanne was very kind and helpful. The best part was it’s amazing proximity to the beach - just a short walk to a really beautiful and quiet beach. We noticed right away how clean (spotless!), bright and up-to-date it was. Stocked with everything - even extra toiletries if we needed. Comfy and Beautifully appointed. Large closets, lots of hooks and hangers. Easy to use passcode for going in and out. The owner, Leeanne, is wonderful - very responsive, and great communicator. She has grown up in the area, knows the restaurants and great places to go. The best part, it’s a short walk to beautiful Seabrook beach, which is our fav beach on the NE Coast, clean, beautiful sand, private and almost never crowded. Although it’s only two bedrooms, it’s roomy and the pull-out couch made it perfect for our sisters weekend. We will be back again for sure! ##### Cindy S. Apartment is a clean comfortable 2 bedroom with easy access to beaches. Plenty of room for a family for a week long get away. Everything in working order, good parking and pleasant host. We have stayed at multiple properties on Seabrook and this was by far the best. Very, very clean. Updated. Kitchen was well stocked. So nice to have A/C and TV's in each room. And her newly renovated apartment is the perfect cozy size for myself and inviting guests. Chic minimal design, and it feels bigger than it is because of the floor plan. It’s very open. The neighborhood is adorable and safe too. It’s quiet and the neighbors seem nice. It’s a pretty relaxed setting :) It’s also really close to the beach. Kindaaa love it.
