The location was great being literally right across from the ocean and within close proximity to Dover, Portsmouth and Kittery. Communication was perfect and the property had everything we needed. The only comments I will make in full transparency is that the listing pictures make everything look like a 5-star property. It is nice but just know it’s very much a renovated rental that doesn’t have the feel of “high end finishes” you might expect. Overall we had a great weekend and felt the rates were very fair.
