Great place to stay at Hampton Beach

Our stay was wonderful, every morning I got to get up and have my coffee while listening to the waves crashing and a beautiful view of the beach. We went for daily walks on the boardwalk and on the beach did a couple of excursions to nearby Portsmouth and Kittery and of course enjoyed the beach.

time to get away

We had a 3 night stay to get away and decompress. WE enjoyed our stay very much. We were quite comfortable. enjoyed the view and the short walk to the beach. WE will return again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Amazing views, steps away from the beach, beautiful sunrises. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well kept. The building was secure and beautifully maintained. Can't wait to stay again.

I did not like the fact you could not see beach only the ocean cause of seawall.the person above us was hammering all day Sunday untill 7:30at night needs new furniture it is well used bed !!! The ocean view was nice and easy access

Great location and fabulous host!

This location really can’t be beat! The beach is directly across the street and you’ll wake up to a beautiful view each morning. Melissa was very responsive any time we had a question or needed help with something.

Long weekend stay

Place was easy to find and access. Vehicle parking was great. Building and room access was a snap. Room was clean. Had a few things that needed minor fixing but nothing major. Overall was decent!
