We arrived early and the owner Dillon was there. So we got to meet him and he let us in early. A real nice person. The place was perfect for 2\. A small kitchen and refrigerator. The beach and all the action was only 300 ft away! The place is very comfortable and clean! Check out was a breeze. You have to pay for parking, but that wasn’t a problem either. The parking was right down then end of the street, 5 minute walk at most. We highly recommend this place. My only regret is we didn’t stay long enough!!!! Thank you Dillon for sharing. ##### Donna L. Great location close to everything. Parking is close at the central parking lot at Hampton Beach which cost me about 90 bucks for 2 days and 2 nights so you can add parking to the overall cost but not a bad price considering they charge 50 bucks to just park for a day. One thing though, the air conditioner wouldn't stay on.
