« My parents said this is the nicest place they have ever stayed. My mother loves lighthouses, so she was super excited to stay in this lighthouse style house. My parents stayed in the bedroom on the second floor and I slept in one of the two pull out couches on the third floor. « Very much enjoyed this little piece of heaven. So peaceful and beautiful. Only comment I would make is there is a hornets nest under the deck. It made it challenging to sit on the deck plus, I got stung. Once that is removed, no other comments other than we loved it. »

« En arrivant, l'extérieur du multi logement laisse à désiré, les poubelles sont pleines et débordent, il y a des grandes escaliers qui manque d'amour, alors avec beaucoup de bagages, c'est pas l'idéal. En entrant, odeur de cani ou peut-être à cause du gros tapis qu'il y a à la grandeur, mais ça ne sent vraiment pas bon. On a vu des méga grosses araignées à l'intérieur et une trappe à fournis, ce qui nous indique qu'il y a sûrement un problème à ce niveau. Le tapis c'est un gros point négatif....

« The accommodations were very nice and clean, lovely decor and amenities. There was no air conditioning so my husband and I had to buy a fan to stay cool. Our biggest concern was the location/neighborhood and it made us nervous and perhaps unsafe. We felt a little better knowing there was a video camera over the door watching our car and door if anything was to happen. We may book through Vrbo again but we’ll be sure to check out the surrounding area as that will be important. »

« Overall the place does the job. It’s a small place that’s around a 10-15 min walk to the centre of downtown. The street parking is pretty accessible. The appliances all seem new and everything feels quite minimalist. That being said the place has quite small windows so it’s usually a little on the dark side. The furniture was slightly different than the pictures and the couch had a cigarette burn. We also saw quite a few longhorn beetles during my stay and wasn’t sure where they were coming...

« We booked this property as a couples’ getaway weekend prior to a busy and stressful time about to begin at work. And it reset our system, 110%! We crossed paths with the hosts while checking in, and had a wonderful conversation. What lovely people! We wish them all the very best. The property itself was spotless, very well maintained, and totally unique in so many ways.
