« We stayed two weeks at this property and very much enjoyed it. The cottage is near the Belfast rail trail and we walked on this every day. We liked that the location felt very private yet it was only about a mile walk on the rail trail to Belfast harbor. « We love to support small farms when we travel and this was a convenient location in between our plans in Portland and Acadia. The cottage is at the top of the hill with panoramic views. « We had a wonderful stay at the Overlook. The view was fantastic, use of kayaks & fire pit was great & we totally relaxed with our pup. The only thing we could have used was info on where the transfer station was, how to get the bedroom TV to work (we figured it out, though) & a starter roll of paper towels. Aside from these minute issues, this is a wonderful cabin to escape to! I’d definitely stay here again! »

« Cottage is very cozy and welcoming. It has everything you might need for your stay. Grill outside works perfect too. Dock and fire pit were the plus. We spend all our nights at the fire watching the sunset. Lake is very clean and warm even in mid September. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use a kayaks or canoe due to weather but I am sure we will come back another time. Also First time we watch the loon so close. Thank you. »

« This place is sweet dessert, comfort and relaxation. It provides all you need to create memories and restore your soul. The beds are very comfortable, the views stunning and our forrest hikes were magical. While it was too cool to be in the lake we stayed by it and watched the loons fishing and the hawks surveying,,,so beautiful. The town is charming and has great restaurants. But recommend staying close to this spot, its heaven. Thank you Hugo for answering every silly question we asked...
